- It's 1 cup of Macadamia nuts.
- You need 3 tbsp of milk.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of unrefined light brown sugar.

- It's 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking soda.

Macadamia Nut Cookies instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Process macadamia nuts & milk in food processor about 2 mins, or until smooth (use 2-3 tb milk)..
- Sift the flour, baking soda, nutmeg & salt and sour into nut mixture to form smooth paste..
- Roll the mixture into balls & dip into granulated sugar. Place on baking sheets & flatten slightly, criss-crossing with a fork. Bake 8-10 mins or til golden. Cool on wire racks.
