1. Prepare 2 cup of oatmeal.
2. You need 3 tbsp of brown sugar.
3. Prepare 1/4 cup of cream.
4. It's 1/2 tsp of ground cardamom.
5. You need 1 of egg whites.
6. You need 1/4 cup of raisins.
7. You need 1/2 tsp of baking powder.

1. In a bowl mix the egg white with 2 spoons of sugar.
2. Add the oat and baking powder ,and mix very well.
3. Add the raisins and cardimom and mix very well.
4. Add the last spoon of sugar and gently mix, not to disolve it.
5. Put pieces of the mix according to the size u prefer, on oven paper in a tray..
6. Put in low temperature oven for 10 mins..
7. Bring them out to dry in air.
